I don't know... maybe, but the Cafelat Robot is a tried and true solution that does the same thing, just in a slightly larger package. The Leverpresso Pro looks designed more than durable.
If you bring your own small travel gas heater or can find a heater plate, for 270£ (GBP) you can get a 9-barista. Takes all the problems of pre-heating out and makes very high quality espresso, just like the portaspresso, but with a much simpler workflow.
