Just peeled of the stickers and it's a shiny tiny beauty.

The San Marco 69 can rest for a while after almost half a year of constant operation. The Urania is now the star on my main bench! I'm hoping the modified E61 shower screen works well going forward.

Ryan, it looks amazing!! It's hard to beat Zodiaco group! What ratios do you like on Urania?

I'm always aiming for 1:2 but I don't really check very often my actual output

For 10 years I've been pulling 1:1 ristrettos on Faema Lambro (Zodiaco group), but lately have been experimenting with very fast turbo shots as well as longer higher volume lungo shots. Very interesting results. A lot more sweetness.

Is it possible to describe the difference in espresso between the Urania and the La San Marco?

with the coffee I use (Saka) I generally can achieve the same results with some small adjustments as I go. I'm not well versed in tasting and describing my espresso but I have been very happy with my results on all of my machines so far. Maintenace wise San Marco has Faema beat :D . Much easier to service stuff with the San Marco (though Faema is not that much more difficult).

Ryan, very nice plumbing setup! My wife likes its tidiness, too. :)

Finished my stainless steel microcimbali boiler. It already produces nice espresso shots, but i still have some work to do to improve its longevity (some corrosion because of discoloration from welding...).
I placed the manometer on top of the boiler and added an anti vacuum valve next to the safety valve.

Right now it sits next to my europiccola, but i guess i have ti decide between one of the two machines due to very limited counter space...
