Ryan, it looks amazing!! It's hard to beat Zodiaco group! What ratios do you like on Urania?

I'm always aiming for 1:2 but I don't really check very often my actual output

For 10 years I've been pulling 1:1 ristrettos on Faema Lambro (Zodiaco group), but lately have been experimenting with very fast turbo shots as well as longer higher volume lungo shots. Very interesting results. A lot more sweetness.
Is it possible to describe the difference in espresso between the Urania and the La San Marco?

with the coffee I use (Saka) I generally can achieve the same results with some small adjustments as I go. I'm not well versed in tasting and describing my espresso but I have been very happy with my results on all of my machines so far. Maintenace wise San Marco has Faema beat
. Much easier to service stuff with the San Marco (though Faema is not that much more difficult).

Finished my stainless steel microcimbali boiler. It already produces nice espresso shots, but i still have some work to do to improve its longevity (some corrosion because of discoloration from welding...).
I placed the manometer on top of the boiler and added an anti vacuum valve next to the safety valve.
Right now it sits next to my europiccola, but i guess i have ti decide between one of the two machines due to very limited counter space...
