Glad you're having success. On start-up I flush briefly to ensure a clean screen, then dry-pump to increase temperature. Best shots for me are between 92-97. These readings may be influenced by where the reading is taken from. As long as you are consistent, you will be able to achieve the taste you like. I pull mainly light roast, which may also account for the higher temperature than some.
