Haven't had time to do a temperature study yet, and that may be awhile, but I'm sitting in my office and just attached an Orphan Espresso steam wand pressure gauge to check my setting. It's about .85 bar. Just pulled a very nice shot of Intelligenstia Black Cat, lots of crema, good temperature. Didn't cut the shot soon enough, but pretty good anyway. The temp strip on the group head read between 85 and 90C.
