or maybe Loxeal 18-10, white appearance: http://www.loxeal.com/wp-content/upload ... 18-10e.pdf
58-11 is certified food-safe.
Loxeal is made in Italy so is more likely to be used by Italian manufacturers over Henkel (Loctite).

The PTFE tape did the job! It must have been some thread sealant that needed replacing
