What's the maximum cup size for a La Pavoni if you're using a scale? Using a Brewista Smart Scale and a bottomless portafilter.

Thanks!

With the plastic drip tray/grate in, and with a stock drilled bottomless it's about 3 3/4" (95mm) from the tray to the underside of the locked in PF. Removing the tray gives you almost another inch, but of course you couldn't easily do that if you want a scale under the cup. For stock spouted it's only about 2 1/2" (63mm) from tray to spout tips. I looked at a 1990 pre-millennium pro, a G106 (millennium), and a millennium Europiccola Romantica and they all had about the same cup clearance.
