Hi to everyone, sorry for this basic question, but there is something about pressure reading that is a little confusing to me.
Why in the Europiccolas the gauges tells that 14 psi-0.9 bar is a normal pressure, while in others machines the gauges read 130psi-9 bar for a normal pressure.
Is a silly question, but with the little technical knowledge i have..such a simple matter is far away for my basic understanding.
Thanks!!!!

You may be confusing steam and brew pressure. For steam boiler pressure, 0.9 to 1.2 bar is common. For brew pressure, around 9 bar is common.

The brew pressure comes from a pump, with a lever, you're the pump and your pull will be 6-9 bars.
The boiler pressure will determine the water temps and steam power. Too high and your group may get too hot.
