izzo leva manual on PID adjustment is just confusing to me. i've read it several times and could figure it out. when i turn on the machine, i see the PID show 1.00 and then the current temp (usually 87F) and then it boils up. i have it current set to 250F.

but not sure what the 1.00 stand for?

i see in the manual it list P = 3, I = 0.05, D = 2... but what does all that mean? I was trying to find if 1.00 means something else?

I am pretty sure that means that you have firmware version 1.00
