No worries, everything is normal :D.

When you grind too fine and too much pressure builds up during pre-infusion, the over-pressure valve (OPV) opens and lets excess water out through that exit.

The OPV can get noisy when it opens. Note that the OPV rarely opens during normal use. I suspect that the drips that you see is water that was left in the tubing working its way out.

Beautiful looking setup all around - Congrats!

Do you find your high wall AC unit affects the temperature stability of the group? I close our kitchen window if I find there's too much of a breeze during the summer when it's opened. You know, 'cold nose'...

I haven't switched on my Ac so far while making coffee.
Here in Singapore, the temperature outside is hot, hotter or sauna.
