Medium roasts in terms of roast degree. 30-40% robusta is the content he prefers (some far end of the spectrum Italian roasts).

Is the boiler made of SS?
Are the Portafilters made of SS as well?
How long You owe this machine? Do You think/know that they changed sth in the latest release?

Almost certain that the boiler is copper. It's been a while since I've had to open it up.

Portafilters are chromed brass

I've owned it for somewhere around 2.5 years. I'm not aware of any major changes.

Thanks for the clarification. That robusta content seems high, even by current Italian roasts. Each his own. 8)
