Dear espresso experts,
Thanks for a great site, with lots of information and inspiration.
I have a ten year old Elektra micro casa (gift from my wife on our wedding day).
It has stopped heating. It turns on alright, but never gets warm.
I started checking the wires and unplugged a few.
Now I can't get it back in the right places.
Is ten years perhaps over the top (for the machine, I mean)?
Is it time to find a new one (again the machine - I will keep the wife).
Any advice, please?
Thanks in advance
Kind regards
Martin

Maybe the safety thermostat tripped. Try pressing the tiny white button:

An Elektra will essentially last forever with a little maintenance and an occasional replacement of the pressure stat. If you could post a picture of what you have, people could be more helpful.Martin Thelle wrote:Dear espresso experts,
