Has any one tried their hand on a diy lead screw espresso machine like Aram or portaspresso Rossa HC?

I am interested in trying one.. If someone who owns portaspresso Rossa HC or Aram can Please help with below details

1. Lead screw diameter
2. Lead screw length
3. Lead screw pitch or number of turns per inch
4. Piston diameter
5. Top lever handle length
