After a covid-slowed year of collaboration with Gabor of Naked Portafilter Piston Pressure Kit and Smart Espresso Profiler fame I am pleased to have a nicely machined Piston Pressure kit installed in my Condor group manual lever conversion.

I hope Gabor will eventually have a manual conversion kit for sale. As much as I appreciate the forgiveness and workflow of the Londinium, I often miss the pressure profiling of manual levers. Some roasts just taste better to me pulled at 6 bar (peak) vs 8 bar.

I can't speak for Gabor but he does have the specifications to make these parts. He sold me his prototype because I was too impatient to wait. I really appreciate his interest in the project and his willingness to collaborate.
