The AVX coffee in Hungary closed a deal with IMS (ordered hundreds of baskets), and they are selling 49mm IMS competition baskets. It is a bit tight for my Cremina, I used a rasp on the edge of the basket, to make it fit easily. It looks the same size as Strietman baskets. As far as I know they ship worldwide, if anybody is interested.

Does anyone know if or how these would be different than the Strietman baskets?

I own both. They look similar, they taste similar, and both of them were a bit tight for my Cremina until I used a rasp on their edge. My guess is the difference is the extra certificate for the Competition badkets (something like the LM Strada baskets vs VST baskets).

The Strietman's hole pattern is exactly the same as LF basket's on Cerini's website. If IMS produces competition baskets for Cremina using this hole pattern, I'll pass because I am using the LF basket. It has only 293 holes.
