How does it differ from a 2 group Sorrento? I thought the Posillipo had gold trim.

Posillipo is the model that allows the artisan panels to be added. It does not necessarilly need to be gold trim and you have many options on what metal you would like (bronze, nickel, copper, brass, etc) on those panels, trim, and group caps. If you notice the Sorrento gallery it's only powdercoated panels or the regular SS.

Precisely, looking at that gallery compared to the Sorrento, you can see a few of the machines that elected to have a different colour than gold for the caps and trim. This is Cafe Lusso's Bosco Posillipo, and it has a nickel plating.

To quote directly:

These are what they are using for their wood knobs on their Sorrentos as well! I think they are rather pretty.

Could you post a close up pic of the knob from the front? Were there options as far as center color?
