I had the same machine. Very impressed by the packaging. I have been enjoying the coffee so far.

Do you mind share your water filtration system set up?

Using Brita undersink
cost is a lot for first install but then the filters last about 6 months subject to usage. We use it for drinking and coffee.

Brita C150 Finest then C50 Quell, its actually an overkill for personal consumption but hopefully it keeps limescale off and purifies the tap water for drinking.

Having received my Evo Leva last week, I very much appreciated your unboxing video. I'm really enjoying the espresso from this machine. I do notice notice a few cosmetic issues (specifically the drip tray wobble and the tray in the drip tray wobble). Coming from an ECM, ACS could take few notes. Despite this it was a good change and I like the lever.
