I just have it set to on-off, so just position 0 and 1. There are three unused positions (2, 3, and 4)

OK Thats what was REALLY confusing me. Now it makes sense. So you set it up to when its ON, both elements are working together always, and since you updated it with a modern pressurestat there is no need to have 4 different switch positions....? Thank you.

If your switch is wired like this, wouldn't Off & On be 0 & 4?

you can change when the terminal contacts are touching or not with the middle plastic piece, which is what I have done for the last two terminals (to complete a circuit). The pic below is from my Pavoni P67 but shows the on/off plastic piece

15-20 minutes to reach operating pressure, probably 45-60 minutes to heat up the group without flushing

3 quick questions:
1) Have you decided where you like the pressure set at?
2) What dosage seems to be the sweet spot?
3) what is your shot volume yield for this machine?

I have it set around 1.1-1.2 bar

My basket is pretty shallow so I keep it around 14-14.5g for Saka Classic Bar

I haven't measured it since the first few shots but looking at my cups that I use on other machines it's around a 1:2 ratio (28g out for 14g dose)
