I'm looking for a white chocolate powder besides Ghiradelli's sweet ground white chocolate for white chocolate mochas. Basically, I'm trying to recreate my favorite local shop's WCM at home, but can't find the right chocolate. I contacted them directly and they don't sell their blend, and it's a proprietary blend of some sort, but I highly doubt they're manufacturing (or even grinding) their own powders.

I've only really found the Ghiradelli powder locally, and have also tried the Monin, Ghiradelli, Torani, and Da Vinci sauces, nothing's quite right... Anyone have any ideas for where I might be able to find fancypants white chocolate powders for espresso drinks?

Thanks!

Regional distributors/brands like Kroger, Fontana and Lucerne carry this in liquid form. Sorta scraping the bottom of the barrel in all things coffee and not exactly "exceptional espresso", but there you go.

Thanks SJM! I did try the Coffee Bean one, and it's pretty good, far superior to the Ghiradelli powder IMO. Not exactly the one I'm looking for yet, though, but I can't articulate exactly what it's missing.

And yes, I realize that white chocolate isn't even chocolate. :)
