I pour the whole amount back & forth until it looks right with the last pour between pitchers just up until the sweet spot for volume in the pitcher for pouring into the cup that is usually just below the bottom of where the spout begins.
The attached pic is an extreme example of how bad the milk might look after steaming but before pouring between pitchers (milk sharing).

I already had a smaller blower that was sent with a grinder, but the rocket one looks more powerful - another item ordered - this thread seemed like a good idea, but it's beginning to get quite costlyyakster wrote:The rocket blower and the Aeropress funnel.

What do you do with the rocket blower? Is it for cleaning out the grinder chamber when SD if you don't have one of those bellows?

Yes, even if you have a bellows, the fact the nozzle on the blower is narrow lets you target small, specific areas of built up grinds more easily.
