Coincidentally, a couple days ago out of curiosity I recently crunched on new roasted bean. It took a bit of meditation to get past the rather uncomfortable crunching sound and the sandy, fibrous woodsy debris texture, but once I did I could taste the coffee after sucking up the lukewarm saliva-brewed coffee from soaked grounds. Not sure it was a representative sample to be honest. Maybe I need a saliva based coffee recipe. Let it sit for a few minutes.. swish or no swish? And one more thing....

Does anyone have a chewing technique for a more even ground distribution for my saliva brews? :lol:
