Sigh, another poorly done coffee feature - Page 3

My problem with this is "Perfect". If someone has been visiting one of many very good cafes which is becoming more common. This video raises expectations rather high. Mentions little about the learning curve. The time it takes to get the consistent quality results that the video implies one can have by merely buying their suggested equipment, especially at the minimal end. I can only see someone following their advice, wondering why they're not getting the perfect results compared to what they are served at their cafe and eventually finding H-B in desperation. Then we get the same statements we often hear.

When most people were getting pretty poor espresso at cafes with lower expectations this video would have been more realistic. When I know someone has experienced good espresso and asks how hard it would be to duplicate it at home, I would never make it seem as easy as this video does. And certainly would be much more careful in using the term "perfect".
