I read the book awhile back and passed it onto my step daughter to read. She had no clue as to what it was about and just happened to be at the same Blue Bottle coffee shop where the book begins at when she opened the book to start reading it.

Anyway, no idea there was a lawsuit surrounding events in the book but the latest settlement ruled against racketeering charges.
