So you have an Italian machine (or four) and you are curious how the Italians pronounce it?
Here is a key, attempting to use American English pronunciation rules since the majority of the users here seem to be North Americans

La Pavoni Europiccola: Lah pah-VOH-nee ay-OO-ro-PEEK-coh-lah
Rancilio: rahn-CHEEL-ee-oh
Ponte Vecchio Lusso: POHN-tay VEK-kee-oh LOO-soh
Bezzera Strega: BETS-air-ah STRAY-gah
Faema: fah-AY-ma
Elektra Microcasa a Leva: el-EK-trah MEE-Kroh-KA-zah ah LAY-vah
Gaggia: GAHJ-JAH
La Cimbali Lah CHEEM-bah-lee
Ceado Chay-AH-doh
Tre Spade Tray SPAH-day

EDIT: Moving pronunciations up here to consolidate the list, affording myself the minor privileges of modifying the pronunciations to something that seems like a more natural "mapping" to my ear.
Lelit: Leh-LEET
Mazzer (MAHTZ-air)
Izzo (EETS-oh)
Nuova Simonelli (new-OH-vah see-mo-NELL-ee
La Marzocco (lah marr-ZOH-koh)
Linea: LEE-nay-ah
La Spaziale (Lah Spaht-zee-AH-leh)
Quick Mill (Quick Mill :D )
Duchessa: Doo-KESS-uh
Ducale: Doo-KAH-lay
Vibiemme: vee-bee-EM-may

NB: This list is by no means exhaustive, just a list off of the top of my head, which can be added to as time goes on. If you want to know about a particular pronunciation, feel free to ask about it.

This reminds me of a video where a guy tried to say La Marzocco super sophisticated.. Almost like the z was silent and it was one word. Or when people pronounce Rancilio "Ran-silly-o."

Here's one i'm embarrassingly unsure of:

Linea

Linny-ah, or lin-NAY-ah?

I hear the second one a lot in the US, but in Italy they would say the first one: LEE-nay-ah

Per 1st-Line videos, it's luh-LEET. None of my Italian friends has ever heard of the company, so they've been no help since I got mine.

I've never heard of Lelit either to be honest, maybe they primarily export their business.
