A couple doubles of Black & White Roasters The Natural. For sure my favorite blend!
Just got a bag of the natural for the first time. Looking forward to it! What your recipe?

Honestly for me, it's great no matter what.

I started off pulling 3:1 (17g in 51ish grams out) with fantastic results, much more berry fruitiness and just subtle chocolates. Lately I've been going 2:1 (17g in and 34g our) and it's a nice balance of both berry and chocolate notes. Times in the 26-32 second range.

The last couple shots I pulled have been much shorter as I increased the dose and I seem to get much more chocolate and just subtle berry notes with a very mild acidity. My most recent shot was 22g in and 30g out in 32 seconds. Super good with a lot more body. Here is a picture of it:

B&W La Cometa Guatemala - This one has been amazing so far! Very silky, delicate taste and body. One of the rare occasions where the tasting notes are spot on!
