Maybe discussed in that thread... but what does it compares to? Flavor profile? Besides being sweet?CarefreeBuzzBuzz wrote:This coffee, so sweet.

I have been thinking about firing up the roaster again
Edit: Got it
TomC wrote:Catching up today, I brewed my first sample of this that I roasted on Sunday night. I think this will make an absolute stunner of a SO espresso, which I rarely say. It's so distractingly sweet that it's off balance. That sweetness, paired with the simple chocolate tones and weighty mouthfeel put it in excellent espresso territory. Brewed as a V60, its like diluted chocolate syrup. The dark chocolate notes are so all-encompassing, there's very little 'coffee' flavor going on with it. It might surprise some and may not be well received.
I took my roast to full city, 13.7% weight loss, charged at 375 and given about 80-90 seconds post 1C development time for a total roast time of just under 12 minute if I recall correctly.
Searching for that perfect espresso!

Jaimie, pretty much it from Tom, and I love it as a SO espresso. Nothing off balance for me, yet again, my wife was a pastry chef so sweet is in our nature. NOW if you look at the image, and in the spirit of helping, stop buying cups for a day, and look for something to use as a tamping area, much like the Brazilian agate. Aren't I a big help?????

Dave 20grm in 36 out in roughly 32-36 seconds excluding the pre infusion. Do what's best on your machine. Probably more relevant is that it gets better with rest and I roasted it medium.DaveB wrote:That looks and sounds like an awesome coffee!

Finishing up a Kilo of Cafe Lusso GMC. It's about 22 days post roast at this point and losing just a little, but still tasty! I've got some Brandywine Roasters coffee coming later today, but I'm staying well caffeinated for now.
Cup is Nuova Point Italy series. Head to head, I like the Inker better, but this is a quality cup that I'd be happy to drink from every day.
