Home roast El Salvador Bourbon from a friend in Tel Aviv.
17.5/32 in about 50s with 15s prebrew.

Light home roast of a Colombian Geisha, on-the-fly profiling with 35 seconds PI, slow ramp up, slow decline,
very fine grind with MAX, total time 99 seconds.
