I'm moving away from using hand grinders daily. For brewed coffee I wanted vertically-mounted EK43 cast burrs, and the Nautilus is more domestic-kitchen-friendly than an EK43S. (Stock EK43/43S' are huge.) I did first try to find a used EK to modify with the Santos base, but gave up.BaristaBoy E61 wrote:Nice collection - But do tell about the Titus grinder!

Love the look of that handle. Really beautiful!Bean Counter wrote:Pullman Big Step with a "Sheoak" handle. I like the precision of the Big Step as I also use their baskets. The Sheoak was a limited run and the texture is quite unique as it's only found in a certain area of Western Australia - so I'm led to believe!

Old baristas never die. They just become over extracted.
