Hello...so not sure if this is the correct forum for this so if anyone has any suggestions for a better forum it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for some knowledge on the Velox coffee/espresso machine. I understand it's basically a moka pot but have an idea of a modification I'd like to run by anyone familiar with these units.
