Matcha
I'm starting to get into Matcha and see a lot of similarities between that and specialty coffee.
Any recommendations for vendors that you like? So far I've seen kimikura and Ippodo, but was looking for any recs from other companies that you've tried.

Morihan is another brand not too expensive easy to find in the US. I don't drink matcha but drink green tea (sencha or genmaicha) more often than coffee. DW buy matcha for cooking. The ceremonial grade are more expensive but supposed to taste better. Tea leaves grown in Uji, Kyoto region are regarded to be the best for matcha.
