Hello All! New to the site so I figured this would be the place to jump in and say "Hi!"... Been lurking for a little bit and trying to soak in all the knowledge!
Not a total newbie to espresso but just recently took my game up a notch... I started out several years ago with an inexpensive Cuisinart espresso machine and grinder and fell in love with espresso. After a move to Houston, and now getting out the door for work before my family got up, I went the route of convenience and got a Keurig machine; mainly because it was quieter and easier in the early morning.
Now that my kids are older and tend to get up earlier for school, I made the switch back to an americano in the mornings except with a new Quamar grinder and Gaggia classic pro machine and I'm loving it. Still learning though!
Nice to meet y'all!
Josh
