I thought the same thing! His reasoning was off base (paraphrased "It's difficult to maintain the proper brew pressure." Huh?). Well, he did grimace when he downed that espresso.I thought his shot pulling was a bit lack luster. I think most of us would have dumped his shots in the sink.

He did not only grimace, but shook his head. It looked more like someone stuck him with a cattle prod, and yes I know what being stuck with a prod feels like. It is kind of like he acted after dropping down that 1oz cremaless shot.
