I just tried Black Cat today as espresso and it was good but not my favorite to be honest. I wasn't really wowed.

To be fair, I only made two espresso drinks from it so far.

I saw on the bag the beans are a blend from Brazil and Colombia. For drip coffee I haven't really been into beans from these regions, so maybe that is a part of it.

Hairbender is a blend of Indonesia, Latin America, and Africa. I'm noticing a pattern in my taste for Indonesian coffee.

Would I purchase Black Cat again? Probably not.
