This is a sort of end of the year knock box thought. But I'm not sure where to post it.

It occurs that taste descriptions came out with 3WOJ to describe light(er) roasts sometime 2010-2020, and this decade its about "bin juice", "baby diaper" and other ways to complain about ferment notes.

I hope it doesn't get any worse in the next decade.

Espresso Cremina, another way to add sugar to your espresso. Maybe not so crazy, maybe a Cuban technique. Reminds me of the Dalgona.

AFAIK, it is a technique from the south of Italy.

I wonder if a single basket would have better sauce packet extraction than the double. I'll never know.
