I saw some of these hanging from the corner of a display shelf in a local co-op market today...

Why pull shots in the morning when you can just lay a caffeine mask on your face instead?

A company touting the health benefits of mushroom coffee has been temporarily shut down by court order as the United States Federal Trade Commission alleges an illegal pyramid scheme.

A federal judge in Arizona granted the FTC's request to temporarily shut down the company known as "Success By Health," whose core line of products under the name "MycoCafe" includes soluble coffees with mushrooms.

Bat spit coffee is a hit with Madagascar consumers

"In the rich volcanic soils of central Madagascar's Itasy province grows a rare and fragrant coffee coveted by bats and humans alike. The twist: humans want it even more after the bats have nibbled on it."

Here in Milk country the Netherlands we now have single origin cows milk...bottled milk from one single cow with time of milking on the label, including a description of taste profile

Obviously we HAD to do a blind cupping, and concluded that the differences indeed are quite clear

Is this pasteurized or raw milk? I would think the differences would be more dramatic for raw milk.

I have a friend how was buying single origin milk and told a story about when the dairy let the cow get into the thistle to feed, it completely changed the flavor of the milk.

sadly this is pasteurized, I know the diffence of feed on the product. My all time favorite milk is that from the Apls when the cows feed at the highest altitudes during peak summer. That milk straight from the cow is great.

Saw this joke on Reddit, gave me a chuckle and figured someone else would too.

Just been in to Starbucks and the barista was wearing a face mask
I asked "Why are you wearing a surgical mask?"
She said "I'm not, it's a coughy filter."
