Nor does it matter when the ideas are promoted by someone that calls themself Dr. as they speak about nutrition science as if they went to medical school (spoiler alert, he didn't).

We have all seen a number of examples of 'false experts' in the world of coffee over the years. A guy who professed to being a pro repair person who swore against backflushing, Rogov who was supposedly a food expert, the fellow I wrote about who said, "That's the cremmer. That's the flavor." And what about Dr. Oz? Defication isn't new. It's just easier to spread.

A "V6" lever by La San Marco. https://www.lasanmarco.com/index.php?id=1651&lang_id=eng.

Prefer inlines but on a different application.

Dual personality. https://www.lasanmarco.com/lever-machines-duale-class.php

Best of both worlds.

No more potential for lever face smack with LEVA CLASS from La San Marco. The system consists in a servo-assisted braking device triggered during the lever return, making a barista's work easier and safer. The use of LEVA CLASS® technology makes it possible to slow down the return of the lever in all conditions, improving the machine's ease of use and safety.

When you need 6 espressos fast. This 6 cup portafilter is so big you have a spout that goes into a milk pitcher

Older news but still interesting. Converted La San Marco 85 series to single group lever. Dual boiler with dual PID.
PID controlling the group and a PID controlling a dedicated brew boiler.
