We have all seen a number of examples of 'false experts' in the world of coffee over the years. A guy who professed to being a pro repair person who swore against backflushing, Rogov who was supposedly a food expert, the fellow I wrote about who said, "That's the cremmer. That's the flavor." And what about Dr. Oz? Defication isn't new. It's just easier to spread.
