Wife's co worker pointed this out as she takes siphon coffee to work every day, and keeps ground homeroast ready for emergencies.

It's a coffee shop inside a shop display window.

The Coffee Lab (141 Spadina, at Richmond, instagram.com/the.coffee.lab) is about as much of a hole-in-the-wall as a cafe can get.

His shop is 18 square feet, just enough room for a machine, grinder, fridge, sink, hot water dispenser and Campos himself.

Wow! That is small indeed. I went to his previous location and it as already a pretty small place but this is a whole other story. By the way, the guy really knows his coffee and can pull a mean shot.

I thought they separate the dirt's components and just used the fertilizer. You learn something new every day!
