Jaime,

of course now they have a 20% off Memorial sale (MDW is the code I think), and we ordered 6 double caps to have when guests are over.

Carpe Diem.

Yes. I saw that the next day I placed my order... I did get 15% discount... so did not feel too bad. Delivery scheduled for the 29...

bisqitCERAMICS order was shipped as well... but no way to track where that one is... all I can tell is that it was shipped on the 15...

Folks in the KafaTek forum are looking into placing an order with Sarah Kaye for cups with the KafaTek logo. She is the one that made some for La Marzocco. Very nice artisan cups... I placed my name for a set...

Imbstarting to gravitate towards a larger cup. I had a double in an 8 ounce cup today. It opens up the flavor.

I just ordered this 3.7t ounce cup.

Jamie, glad your wife sees your sensibilities (aka overlooked factors). :D

I am also a fan of the short and wide bowl style cup. My favorite and most used are still my orange Inker Ischias purchased from OE 4-5 years ago. Originally bought them because they fit nicely under the low clearance of the Strietman CT1, but I find even now with my LR that I reach for them often. I like the flat white cup to the right of the inker for espresso, as well. Lower quality than the Inker and I guess it seems silly and too large for espresso but a light roasted fruit forward coffee really drinks nicely out of it.

And now that I've had a few days with a NotNeutral cup I do believe the Inkers are higher quality and more substantial porcelain. I do like the feel if the NotNeutrals and will use them. The color Indigo matches our machine.

I have to say, love the shape and size of the orange one. Does not look like those are available anywhere now.

How many ounces does that one hold?

EDIT: Found the specs... 70ml (2.5oz) - is that correct? Significant amount for a cup that looks so much smaller than the Londinium ANCAP next to it...

Just checked and yes 2.5 oz up to the brim.

I've tried to find these again in the past because they come in a mint green color that I like and they seem really hard to track down.

This is 30g in the cup

Thank you.

Yes, looks like they are out of production. I have been searching for the last hour and not one hit. I emailed the company to get confirmation, but does not look good. I am not too keen on the color (but that orange looks amazing :) ), just loved the shape... at this point, any color I find will be okay.
