A late afternoon treat is to mirror Moka 1 Cup's washing procedure, but with Fernet Branca, which I also enjoy drinking with an espresso in 1 to 1 proportions. That can also be gussied up, to taste. Averna is slightly sweeter and more palatable to some. I haven't had nonina but it looks tasty.

Millmountain, you may want to reduce your portion sizes by recognizing the always-contentious Oxford comma. Hollandaise and crab together too often sounds like cholesterol problems and no one needs that.
