I've tried contact them via their web contact page and separately via email, without any response.

Anyone here who knows how to reach them, or with recent success (most threads/posts about their products appear many years old)?

I didn't have any luck contacting them a couple years ago.
However, espressoparts.com has stock, so I got my Torr Toys glass hopper there. The stock is limited, and the listings a bit confusing, so you'll have to click around a bit to see what they have left: https://www.espressoparts.com/search?q=torr%20toys
ETA: I noticed that the Torr Toys website says "New Website 1Q/23" so there is that.

'message rejected due to local policy' it almost seems they do not want any business, they are trying hard...
