43mm vs. 98mm burrs.

The 43mm are for Saeco superautomatic machines but can be fitted to old Mocca Express grinders with some mods to the burr carriers. The cutouts in the 43mm burrs freak me out, but light-roast pourovers have been excellent with coarse grind methods like Kasuya Tetsu's. I have now given up trying to relate burr design to taste.
