I am ordering a new tamper and I wanted to ask for opinions and your knowledge about the different basses.
There is obviously the standard flat. But can anyone share their thoughts on the Ripple, and the Curved base or the C-Flat or Lazy V?
I know sugar is bad and it's probably considered sacrilege to add it to a shot of espresso. BUT, I do add a small amount to my 36g shot and it is heaven on earth!
Do any of you add sugar to your shot? If so, how much? (asking for a friend... :oops: )
