Hey all! There's a popular chain of cafes here in Ontario with many locations called Found Coffee. Their signature drink is called The Doctor and I wonder how they make it.

I have an espresso machine, could I do this at home?
I know sugar is bad and it's probably considered sacrilege to add it to a shot of espresso. BUT, I do add a small amount to my 36g shot and it is heaven on earth!
Do any of you add sugar to your shot? If so, how much? (asking for a friend... :oops: )
I had occasion to visit a barista in the city today, on my way from one work stop to another. The double shot of Italian roast (they made sure to let me know that) was not bad, just slightly sour... which I noticed more and more after I had finished, and was walking to my next...
I want to stay of the busy freeway with my humble little post. I am a newbie that needs to get a 53m dosing funnel and tamper since the Breville Impress with the built in tamper does not perform well.
I dont care too much about looks as I am saving my money for a grinder.
Drinking aeropress or similar push tool, I can drink it daily and looking forward to drink it every day, but remembering last time I had espresso machine drinking espresso, I noticed my body refused it after few days of consecutive drinking, and not having espresso machine it...
After researching the product I am considering buying an OE Pharos. I live a double life with my coffee act being grinding First Colony from the grocery without notice of date in a blade grinder dumped in a Mister Coffee style coffeemaker with a reusable brew basket.
I ordered the red machine pieces, should be here in a week or so. I think it was ~$20 or so for 90ish parts.
Gonna order the elektra, but need to check availability of some of the weird technic parts.
