So I just started using a puck screen. Is there anything I should know about cleaning it? Is a simple water rinse after each shot enough? Any issues with using Calfeza once a month when I backflush my machine?
The most common answer to this question is brush before drinking , and the argument is that coffee is acidic which leaves teeth enamel more exposed to damage. One should apparently wait at least 30 minutes after drinking and before brushing. Or something along those lines.
I know sugar is bad and it's probably considered sacrilege to add it to a shot of espresso. BUT, I do add a small amount to my 36g shot and it is heaven on earth!
Do any of you add sugar to your shot? If so, how much? (asking for a friend... :oops: )
