That's Cormorant https://cormorant-roasters.business.site/ I thought about the Bullet prior to ordering my CR600 but I typically hang onto equipment I like for a number of years. I wanted a well built roaster that I could easily maintain/repair/update myself. I'm not an electronics guy so the relative simplicity of a gas roaster offset the initial hassle of setting up a gas feed & venting that the Bullet doesn't require.
