I'm a little lost at the moment.

I received my 2019 Toper Cafemino Electric the other day and am mostly chuffed with it. However, I cannot understand the user manual and having trouble finding answers in regards to adjusting the heating elements.

From what I can understand, the Cafemino has a digital thermostat that can set a certain temperature (i.e for charging) but cannot be manually adjusted during roast. Is this correct?

If this is the case, I would like to know what I need to do/install to make manual adjustment of the heating elements during roasting? scanning through some of the threads I've seen PWA's mentioned as a mod that can enable manual adjustments?

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

My previous roaster was a Quest M3 and I'm in the fun/frustrating task of making the jump over.
