I'm looking into automating my roaster and have been searching the web for a TC4C board, however, I could not find one. Are you guys aware of anyone who sells them?

there are a number of different flavors.

All available here:

I believe I have all of them so if you have questions, ask away.

They seem to be available, but I don't see an order button, such as add to cart. I see this link

I want to buy the TC4C

What type of roaster are you wanting to automate?

How much automation? Data-logging? Full remote control? Full automatic profile runs?

Do you have BT/ET probes in your machine now?

I have a BC-5MD roaster that has both ET and BT and a data logger and currently I can see my roasting profiles during roast. What I want to do is to automate the gas intake with a PID controller to follow a pre-designed profile. I will eventually venture into automating the fan as well to have a fully automated machine.

When you talk to Jim, tell him this.

You may additional items such as SSRs or zero cross SCRs depending on how you plan on interfacing to your gas system.

Very interesting, Christian!
Could such a system take a previous roast's data as input? It seems you can output a roast's data as CSV (and other formats), so I assume this is doable.

If you embark on this journey, please keep us in the loop.

I plan on using the same set up described in the automation blog for the north roaster, using an EVP valve, and the EDP controller that will be hooked up to the TC4C. Still working out the kinks, but if I get it to work, I will put together a detail procedure/review if other folks want to do something similar.
