I just brewed up some of the new Colombian beans (https://www.mtnairroasting.com/product/ ... caballero/) they have.

I brewed it with my tried-and-true v60 recipe. It's a truly spectacular coffee and you can taste how the perfectly executed roasts elevates the beans natural and delightful quality.
