Even as an SO, it stood up well in a capp this morning. I didn't sip it straight before adding milk, my usual routine is that my first shot of the day becomes a capp while I'm deciding on tweaks to make to the extraction. Anyway, the deep, dark lush chocolate and tight berry/fruit note ( very clean) stood out well even in milk.
