Which of these roasters can you actually profile with? Gene has no air flow adjustment. The SR800 is a pretty fast roast and the air flow also affects the equivalent of drum speed and the Kaldi has heat but no air flow adjustment. Is is possibly to truly control BT on these and get repeatable profiles?
