Hi all

Have set up a computer in my bosses roastery that has Artisan 0.9.9 installed. We are trying to get it to read the roasting machines temperatures but have come up with some new error messages since getting 100% correct results recording air temperature in the office. We have managed to get a 100% working connection from the computer to the thermometer - It records room temperatures with one pair of thermocouple probes dangling in from the T2 port. Now that we have moved the computer to sit next to the roaster, and placed the thermocouple probes to feed inside our machine, we are not getting the desired results.

The main issue seems to be that our OMEGA HH802U thermometer device will not read as that; it will change to a OMEGAHH806AU. Our most common error message reads; "HH806AUtemperature(); 16 bytes removed". Upon the reading of the Artisan documentation my boss came to the conclusion it should be reading as 14 bytes anyway. The BT channel is always recording a temperature, but its companion channel often is not - Sometimes it is reading what is on the device, sometimes its not.

Is there something we have not configured along the way? Is their a problem with our thermocouple probes? We have added a probe to go into T1, even though we believe don't need it, and seen if it reads the temperature there - it does.

Any help/pointers would be truly greatful to have!
