It's great that you're getting good roasts. Your quote above seems like a warning though. What have you heard that concerns you? Or are you just telling people to make sure to choose the options they want?

My own personal experience with my roaster and the seller has been excellent to date so I don't have any complaints so far.
There are plenty in this forum that indicates some variations in experiences and componentry (eg PID) so I am only suggesting others ask the right questions to make sure they get what they are expecting.

Thank you. So far so good here, but the roaster is still on the water. At that price for this much roaster if I have to replace a PID it's no biggie but I don't expect that.
